解决maven依赖阿里云镜像无法下载flink-dist_2.12 (1.14.0-csadh1.6.1.x版本)的问题

可能由于阿里云镜像尚未更新这个版本的依赖，在下载依赖的时候就报错，导致无法下载。

解决方法：

修改windows下C:\Users\ASUS\.m2的setting.xml文件

在<mirror>标签下修改成这样：
