springcloud 在idea 中能启动，打成jar包启动提示 Failed to configure a DataSource: ‘url‘ attribute is not specified

项目在 idea 中能启动成功，打成jar包 使用 java -jar xxxx.jar启动就提示：

Failed to configure a DataSource: ‘url’ attribute is not specified and no embedded datasource could be configured.

If you want an embedded database (H2, HSQL or Derby), please put it on the classpath.
If you have database settings to be loaded from a particular profile you may need to activate it (no profiles are currently active).

在往上翻错误日志 发现：
org.yaml.snakeyaml.error.YAMLException: java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException: Input length = 1…
原来是读取 配置中心的 yml文件出错，导致没有读取到数据源配置。
发现读取到的配置文件中 的中文注释都是乱码的。所以就删除了中文注释。启动成功。
