通过网上查询解决办法：

[oracle@localhost trace]$ hostname
localhost.localdomain
SYS@ora11g>select host_name from v$instance;
HOST_NAME
----------------------------------------------------------------
localhost.localdomain

改了监听里的 host为主机名

重启数据库，查看监听状态，恢复正常
