When an exception occurs in a process that is being debugged, the system notifies the debugger by passing the exception to it.当被调试进程发生异常时，系统通过传递异常来通知调试器。 This is known as first-chance notification.这就是所谓的首次机会通知。 The system then suspends all threads in the process being debugged.系统然后挂起被调试进程的所有线程。
