The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'apollo:config

      最近技改，项目升级，原先的一个老系统的jdk和spring都升级到了最新版本，并且接入了apollo。更新代码之后，发现有xml报错，内容如下：

Multiple annotations found at this line:
    - cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'apollo:config'.
    - schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://www.ctrip.com/schema/apollo.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the 
     document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.

1.看到这个报错，莫名有种熟悉的感觉，两个月前刚引入dubbo的时候，也是类似的错误，当时还百度好久，这次就直接按照之前的套路来；

2.首先是下载apollo的包，apache的连接如下：

3.把下载的文件解压，找到apollo.xsd文件

4.在windows->preferrence->xml->xmlcatalogadd->catalog entry  ->file system 选择刚刚下载的文件路径；

5.修改key值和配置文件的http://activemq.apache.org/schema/activemq/apollo/apollo.xsd 相同保存，validate即可
