How to set up Hyper-V virtual machine in Windows 2012R2



1.setup Hyper-V in windows 2012R2

  Start -> Sever Manager -> Manage -> Add Roles and Features

  Select "Hyper-V" in "server Roles" page. 

  Others are all default parameters.

  Install... (installing the Hyper-V)

2.Install vitual machine of Windows 2012R2 on win2012R2

   Start -> Sever Manager -> Tool -> Hyper-V manager    

   Hyper-V manager -> WIN-0B9G5I0A5D3 -> New -> Virtural Machine

   New virtural machine wiard:

        Type the name "my_server" in "specify name and location" page.

        Startup memory "8000MB" in the "assign memory"

        create a virtual hard disk sie of "128G" in "connect virtual hard disk".

        Install an operating system from a bootable CD/DVD-ROM in "Installation Options"

        Others are all default parameters.

    install.

    

    Double click the "my_servers" in "off" state of virtual machine.

    Click the 'Start' green button to begin installing.

     Then all are same as general installation of operate system.
