环境：myeclipse下

新建一个webproject

框架：

1.导包

2.配置WebRoot下的lib文件里面的web.xml(配置过滤器）

3.在src下面新建一个实体类RegAction.java WebRoot下面新建一个reg.jsp.

(生成get set方法可以在工具栏里面点击Source,里面有generate getters and setters；生成构造方法也有)

RegAction.java

4.新建一个struts.xml文件

	<result name="index">index.jsp</result>//这里可以跳转到任何页面，我这里只是跳转到index页面

5.运行
