win32 应用程序 显示 bmp 文件

用vs2013 创建一个 win32 应用程序 ,空项目,项目名称为 HelloBmp

拷贝如下bmp格式的图片到项目所在目录,

图片名称为:snow.bmp

添加源文件 HelloBmp.cpp 内容如下:
