根据日志信息调整网络相关内存使用情况,

taskmanager.memory.network.max=1024mb;
taskmanager.memory.network.min=512mb;
taskmanager.memory.network.fraction=0.4;

发现还是报相同问题，判断分配的内存可能不够，因为本任务有大量hash，网络传输，于是加大内存，任务正常，配置如下。

taskmanager.memory.network.max=2048mb;
taskmanager.memory.network.min=1024mb;
taskmanager.memory.network.fraction=0.4;
