web.xml配置

因为struts.xml不想放在src目录下，直接配置

所以需要在web.xml的配置时候，进行struts.xml配置时，对config进行配置，参看struts源代码

/init-param>

../../conf/struts.xml表示在web-info下面的conf文件夹的struts.xml
