google play 接入获取 access_token来调用api

1. 准备开发者账号（25美元），创建一个apk应用包

2. 进入API权限
   

3. 开启play游戏关联
   

4. 创建Oauth客户端 --》 在Api和服务的凭据中创建
   

5. 创建Oauth客户端Id，配置uri(用来接受code) ，创建完会给client_id和client_secret
   

6. 调用接口获取code,
   https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/auth?scope=https://www.googleapis.com/auth/androidpublisher&response_type=code&access_type=offline&redirect_uri={uri}&client_id={client_id}

7. 调用接口获取access_token,
   https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/token?grant_type=authorization_code&code={code}&client_id={client_id}&client_secret={client_secret}&redirect_uri={uri}

8. 调用接口刷新access_token,其中refresh_token在第七步会和access_token一起返回
   https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/token?grant_type=refresh_token&refresh_token={refresh_token}&client_id={client_id}&client_secret={client_secret}
