Users register and use the LongMemoAPP Privacy Agreement

Before registering as a user, please read this User Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. Your registration, login, use and other actions shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations of the LongMemoAPP (hereinafter referred to as "LongMemoAPP") and the user in relation to the MiaoXiao Pupil Software Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" means an individual who registers, logs in and uses the Service. This Agreement may be updated from time to time by the LongMemoAPP, and the updated terms will supersede the original terms as soon as they are published without prior notice. Users can check the latest version of terms in this LongMemoAPP. If the user does not accept the modified terms after the modification, please stop using the services provided by Miaoxiaogongyi immediately. If the user continues to use the services, it will be regarded as accepting the modified agreement.

I. Account registration
1. Users need to register a "LongMemoAPP" account before using the Service. The "LongMemoAPP" account shall be registered with a mobile phone number binding. Users are requested to register the "LongMemoAPP" account with a mobile phone number that has not been binding to the "LongMemoAPP" account and a mobile phone number that has not been banned by the Services pursuant to this Agreement. The Service may change the way accounts are registered and bound based on user needs or product needs without prior notice to the User.
2. "LongMemoAPP" is a LongMemoAPP product based on "Miaoxiao Pupil". Users shall authorize LongMemoAPP and use their personal information during registration to successfully register an account of "LongMemoAPP". Therefore, the completion of user registration indicates that the user agrees to the service to extract, disclose and use user information.
3. In consideration of the binding registration method of the LongMemoAPP account, you agree that the Service will allow your mobile phone number, mobile device identifier and other information to be used for registration during registration.
4. During user registration and use of the Service, LongMemoAPP is required to collect personally identifiable information of the User so that the Service can contact the user if necessary or provide a better user experience. The information collected by LongMemoAPP includes, but is not limited to, the user's name and address; LongMemoAPP agrees that the use of such information will be subject to the user's Personal Privacy Information protection provided in Section 3.

Ii. Protection of users' personal privacy information
1. If LongMemoAPP finds or receives reports or complaints from others about user's violation of this Agreement, LongMemoAPP has the right to review and delete relevant content, including but not limited to user information and Posting records, at any time without notice. According to the seriousness of the case, the illegal account shall be punished including but not limited to warning, account closure, device closure and function closure, and the user shall be notified of the result.
2. Users who are banned for violating the User Agreement can contact LongMemoAPP on their own. Among them, users whose functions are blocked will automatically resume the blocked functions after the expiration of the blocked period. Users who have been banned may submit a complaint, which will be reviewed by LongMemoAPP and will be subject to any change in punishment at its own reasonable discretion.

4. User understands and agrees that User shall indemnify LongMemoAPP and its partner companies and affiliates against and hold harmless LongMemoAPP from any claim, demand or loss, including reasonable attorney fees, claimed by any third party resulting from or arising out of User's breach of this Agreement.

Third, the content published by users
1, the contents mentioned in this article refers to the user use the service in the process of making, uploading, reproduction, distribution, transmission of any content, including but not limited to account picture, name, the user instructions for registration information and certification information, or text, voice, image, video, graphic, automatic reply or a reply message sending and a link to the page, And other content generated by using the account or the Service.
2. Users shall not use the "LongMemoAPP" account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content prohibited by laws, regulations and policies:
(1) those who oppose the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(2) endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) damages the honor and interests of the State;
(4) inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) sabotaging state religious policies and propagating heresies and feudal superstitions;
(6) spreading rumors, disturbing social order and undermining social stability;
(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting a crime;
(8) Insulting or slandering others or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Information containing other contents prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. Users shall not use their LongMemoAPP account or the Service to create, upload, copy, publish or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of the Service or infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:
(1) contains any sex or sexual innuendo;
(2) Abusive, intimidating or threatening contents;
(3) Those containing harassment, spam advertisements, malicious information and decoy information;
(4) Involving the privacy, personal information or data of others;
(5) Infringing upon others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property rights, business secrets and other legal rights;
(6) Contain other information that interferes with the normal operation of the Service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

Iv. Rules of use
1. Any content transmitted or posted by user on or through the service does not reflect or represent, nor shall it be deemed to reflect or represent, the views, positions or policies of LongMemoAPP, for which LongMemoAPP assumes no responsibility.
2. Users shall not use the "LongMemoAPP" account or the Service to do the following:
(1) Submitting or releasing false information, or embezzling others' pictures or materials, or impersonating or using others' names;
(2) Forcing or inducing other users to follow, click the linked page or share information;
(3) making up facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;
(4) using technical means to establish a batch of false accounts;
(5) Using the "LongMemoAPP" account or the Service to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
(6) Making and releasing methods and tools related to the above activities, or operating or disseminating such methods and tools, no matter whether these activities are for commercial purposes;
(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the "LongMemoAPP" or the service is not expressly authorized.
3. User shall be solely responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy and validity of the information transmitted by using the "LongMemoAPP" account or the Service, and shall be solely liable for any legal liability related to the information transmitted by User and shall have nothing to do with LongMemoAPP.
Users shall indemnify LongMemoAPP or any third party in accordance with the law.
4. The Services provided by LongMemoAPP may include advertisements, and User agrees to display advertisements provided by LongMemoAPP and third Party suppliers and partners during use. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for transactions based on such advertising information.
LongMemoAPP shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the user as a result of any transaction made pursuant to such advertising message or the content provided by such advertiser.

Five, the other
1. LongMemoAPP solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the clauses exempting LongMemoAPP from liability and restricting users' rights in this Agreement. Users are required to read them carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement.
2. The validity, interpretation and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of any dispute or dispute between The User and LongMemoAPP, the user shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute or dispute to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where LongMemoAPP resides.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.

This Agreement is copyrighted by LongMemoAPP and LongMemoAPP reserves all rights to interpret this Agreement.
