今天同事在使用svn提交代码的时候，无论怎样都提交不了，svn报" Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted  "
百度查了一些资料都是说在执行svn cleanup的时候报的这个错，并且执行很麻烦，但是同事的这个是没有执行svn cleanup就报这个错，我们把它进行了svn cleanup就可以提交了。

注：“ Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted  ” 翻译“以前的操作没有完成；如果被中断，运行“清除””

操作步骤：点击要提交的项目进行temp--cleanup
