AttributeError: module ‘scipy.misc’ has no attribute ‘toimage’

问题：

原因：

其实这是版本问题，查了Scipy.rog，在Scipy1.3.0那里的解释是
functions from scipy.misc(bytescale, fromimage, imfilter, imread, imresize, imrotate, imsave, imshow, toimage)have been removed.
但是在Scipy 1.0.0中的toimage函数却仍然有保留，所以先把当前scipy的卸载掉，pip uninstall scipy。再pip install scipy==1.0.0

文件——》设置

指定版本scipy==1.0.0

pip install scipy==1.0.0

如果遇到timeout情况

pip3 install --index-url https://pypi.douban.com/simple scipy==1.0.0
