这个时候你的WEB-INF目录虽然有add.jsp页面但是此目录下是受保护的，也就是说没有办法从页面直接跳转到此页面

一般解决此问题的方法是再建一个controller，只做跳转用，名字to_controllerName，并且将add.jsp放到你配置的文件夹下。并且将页面的链接，连接到这个跳转controller上。
