解决"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Native Library xxx.dll already loaded in another classloader"问题

错误：

严重: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of class com.ldsoft.util.cache.InitCacheListener

Java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Native Library D:\Program Files\tomcat-6.0.35\bin\ListenPlayDll.dll already loaded in another classloader

原因：

JVM只允许一个默认的ClassLoader来load native library，并不提供专门的API来unload一个loaded native library，因此无法在我们的重启Web应用的代码中来手工清除已经load的dll,也没有相应的unload native 方法. 

解决方法：

将调用dll的代码单独封装成一个jar，将这个jar放到jre/lib/ext或tomcat/lib下

注意：可以打包多个java文件的，要把相关的类打包在jar里面，否则会报找不到对象的错误

在实际使用中，也可能是重新运行程序导致整个问题，这时可以把web服务器先停止再开启，就没有这个问题了
