maven配置自定义下载路径,以及阿里云下载镜像

2. 使用配置文件

以sts为例； 在 Window->Preferences 打开对话窗口

在对话窗口选择 Maven->User Settings; 然后选择自己的 settings.xml 文件目录；

最后点击 应用并关闭

MAVEN环境变量配置：

在系统变量中配置 MAVEN_HOME: D:\Program Files (x86)\maven\apache-maven-3.5.4
在系统变量的Path中添加: [;%MAVEN_HOME%\bin]
