Raspbian employing problems involved & solution-keyboard

First of all, all solutions are copying and copyed via internet and individual local Idiot skill, that may not smoothly run at any other platform without raspberry pi 3b+, Raspbian realeased at November 13, 2018 edition.

1. I cant use the item on the localization pannel --> keyboard layout choosing. through the excution command

sudo raspi-config

response me the comments just like:

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ Reloading keymap. This may take a short while. 

CLI return to control pannel. Why ? The first step stacked, 555~~

excute the command line :

sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration

the system responsed me nothing

OK, I tryed flash and setup 2 or more times, Now, I got it. Due to the keyboard isnot conencted, yeah, the truth fact is bleeding with tears. 

The first day of Raspibery Pi 3B+ is so funny!!!~~~
