Laravel 5.4多项目情况下数据库连接错乱写死数据库配置文件的解决

最近windows服务器上跑了几个Laravel项目，偶尔访问的时候出现500报错，提示数据库表连接不对,变成了另外一个项目的表，后来网上查询得知是env()环境导致。
网上文章说给了三个方案：
1、更改PHP版本为非线程安全( nts )版本。
2、在config/database.php中写死数据库连接配置，不用 env()。
3、如果使用 apache，可以将工作模式设置为 prefork 模式。

上面的第1个办法说更换PHP版本，感觉太麻烦了，要重装一次，还得重新配置后调试，故放弃。
第3个办法的方案貌似只能适用于Linux版本，不适合windows上apache，故也放弃。
剩下只有第2个办法了，我是这样写死数据库配置文件。
