主要问题报错就是：

3. 警告 [com.mchange.v2.async.ThreadPoolAsynchronousRunner$PoolThread-#1]

大概意思就是连接池出现问题，原因就是高版本连接数据库的配置和mysql5.6的配置还是有一点小区别的

解决方法

1. 仔细对比可以发现jdbc.jdbcUrl的配置中多了 &useSSL=false &serverTimezone=GMT（mysql8.0.19增加了serverTimezone时差和SSL协议）
2. jdbc.driverClass中加了一个.cj
