org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 10 in XML document from

Spring mvc 报错如下

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 10; columnNumber: 26; schema_reference.4: 无法读取方案文档 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc-4.2.4.xsd', 原因为 1) 无法找到文档; 2) 无法读取文档; 3) 文档的根元素不是 <xsd:schema>

WEB-INF/config文件夹下的xx-servlet.xml如下：

解决方案：

修改xx-servlet.xml如下：

重新运行，问题解决~
