解决maven：No plugin found for prefix ‘help’ in the current project and in the pluginTOC

执行mvn install:install-file …或者是 mvn help:system命令时报错error：No plugin found for prefix ‘help’ in the current project and in the pluginTOC

我查看我的配置文件，在maven的setting.xml配置文件中，同时配置了以下配置：

    <mirror>
            <id>nexus</id>
            <name>internal nexus repository</name>
            <url>http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2</url>
            <mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
    </mirror>
  <mirror>
  	<id>aliyunmaven</id>
  	<mirrorOf>*</mirrorOf>
  	<name>阿里云公共仓库</name>
  	<url>https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/public</url>
   </mirror>

将上面的nexus配置注释掉，然后再执行mvn install:install-file …或者是 mvn help:system命令都不会报错了
