spring字符编码常用配置

在web.xml中配置spring同时设置字符编码过滤器

     监听器首先检查contextConfigLocation 参数，如果它不存在，它将使用/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml 作为默认值。

   ContextLoaderServlet 同ContextLoaderListener 一样使用contextConfigLocation 参数。
