openssl windows 安装

1 下载openssl-1.0.1j

2 解压后的目录中有个README文件，里面有安装说明，有关windows的描述如下：

 INSTALLATION
 ------------
 To install this package under a Unix derivative, read the INSTALL file.  

For a Win32 platform, read the INSTALL.W32 file.  

For OpenVMS systems, read INSTALL.VMS.

3 好了，按照README的说明，我们在当前目录找到并打开 INSTALL.W32文件，里面说需要perl，详细如下：

 INSTALLATION ON THE WIN32 PLATFORM
 ----------------------------------
 [Instructions for building for Windows CE can be found in INSTALL.WCE]
 [Instructions for building for Win64 can be found in INSTALL.W64]

 - you need Perl for Win32.  Unless you will build on Cygwin, you will need
   ActiveState Perl, available from http://www.activestate.com/ActivePerl.

4 ok，按照第三步的说明，我们根据我们的系统版本安装perl。
