解决方案：

遇到类似的错误，只需要把https换成git

举例：

安装fvcore时：pip install git+https://github.com/facebookresearch/fvcore.git 就会以上错误，那么把命令换成  pip install git+git://github.com/facebookresearch/fvcore.git    即可。
