ScrollView嵌套滑动TextView冲突事件解决

TextView设置固定高度，当内容过长的时候则会显示不全。

解决方法 将TextView设为可滑动的 。
在xml中 TextView 中添加

android:scrollbars="vertical"

在页面代码中添加

mTvContent.setMovementMethod(ScrollingMovementMethod.getInstance());

重新运行程序即可看到效果

那么问题又来了，当它被ScrollView包裹的时候会不会生效呢，添加几个ImageView，如图：

可以看出，拖动TextView没有了滚动TextView的效果。那么，怎么实现拖动TextView实现滚动TextView的效果呢?

给TextView添加一个监听事件

     mTvContent.setOnTouchListener(onTouchListener);
