Mysql数据库存入数据乱码 读取乱码情况处理

找到mysql数据库安装目录 下的my.ini文件 

在[mysqld] 下面加上character-set-server=utf8 这一段话就解决问题了 

然后重启数据库服务

net stop mysql  停止数据库服务

net start mysql 重启数据库服务
