[错误解决方法]navicate客户端中文乱码

【问题描述】

利用eclipse通过jdbc向navicate中数据库表增加记录时，中文出现乱码。

【问题解决】

修改mysql安装目录下的配置文件 my-default.ini (橙色背景字为增加内容)
