Error running ‘xxx‘: Failed to resolve org.junit.platform:junit-platform-launcher:1.6.3

使用IntelliJ IDEA开发工具，运行junit单元测试报错。

错误信息：Error running 'xxx': Failed to resolve org.junit.platform:junit-platform-launcher:1.6.3

错误原因：使用junit时，IntelliJ IDEA开发工具尝试连接到Maven中央仓库，不使用开发工具中的Maven配置C:\Users\admin\.m2\settings.xml，被屏蔽了访问不到。

解决方法：

maven的pom.xml中加入配置，主动引入junit-platform-launcher。

这是必需的，否则IntelliJ IDEA会给出junit.jar或junit-platform-launcher:1.3.2 not found错误

解决方法只是针对这个错误提示，pom.xml文件， junit的maven配置还是按原方式配置，Junit 4 与Junit 5的Maven配置不太一样，Maven该怎么配置还是怎么配置。
