Mutex could not be created 的异常错误解决办法

 错误信息如下：

System.InvalidOperationException: Mutex could not be created.

原因：

笔者查了许多相关资料，都没能解决问题，最后发现在 IIS 6.0 里面的 Web 服务扩展中没有

Asp.NET 2.0.50727 [允许] 这一项，

于是在 VS 2005 命令行工具下，输入

Aspnet_regiis -i

就解决了上述问题！
