'dependencies.dependency.version' for org.freemarker:freemarker:jar is missing

在使用maven管理项目时，有的时候项目起动的时候会报

</dependency>

 

 需要改为

<dependency>
	<groupId>org.freemarker</groupId>
	<artifactId>freemarker</artifactId>
	<version>2.3.19</version>
</dependency>

对于多个平行maven项目，最好加上<version>标签，来解决这个问题
