linux下安装protobuf3.11.4

目前protobuf已经更新到3.11.4版本了，之前很多的安装方法用不上。

1.安装protobuf3.11.4
1.1 解决编译protobuf库文件工具
    yum -y install autoconf automake libtool curl make g++ unzip
1.2 下载源码并安装
    git clone https://github.com/protocolbuffers/protobuf.git
    cd protobuf
    git submodule update --init --recursive
    ./autogen.sh

    ./configure
    make
    make check
    make install # root
    ldconfig # refresh shared library cache.
以上步骤在README中可以查到。

安装库中出现的问题：
编译protobuf源码的时候，clone子模块错误 ：git submodule update --init --recursive，error: RPC failed; result=56, HTTP code = 200bytes/s

解决方法：修改git传输字节限制 git config –global http.postBuffer 524288000
