yum安装时出现：pycurl: libcurl link-time version (7.26.0) is older than compile-time version (7.29.0)

常见问题：
当我们在执行yum 命令时，出现如下错误：

There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

   **pycurl: libcurl link-time version (7.26.0) is older than compile-time version (7.29.0)**

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.7.5 (default, Aug  7 2019, 00:51:29)
[GCC 4.8.5 20150623 (Red Hat 4.8.5-39)]

错误原因：pycurl的版本过低
解决方案：重新下载pycurl
1、先卸载pycurl

pip uninstall pycurl

2、再安装

pip install pycurl

注意：
如果本机装有conda，则可能有多个python环境。
这时，必须重装yum使用的python环境中的pycurl才会生效。
1、此时，需要先执行命令whereis yum，查看yum存放位置

whereis yum

2、查看yum源码

cat /usr/bin/yum

一般为：#!/usr/bin/python 或者 #!/usr/bin/env python

3、然后在指定python环境中执行pip

/usr/bin/python -m pip list
/usr/bin/python -m pip uninstall pycurl
/usr/bin/python -m pip install pycurl
