mysql8 load data报错

首先在执行load data命令时候出现了，Loading local data is disabled; this must be enabled on both the client and server sides
 需要在server端设置set local_infile=1

并且在客户端连接时候设置mysql --local-infile=1 -uroot -p

The MySQL server is running with the --secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement

已经安装好的mysql目录下已经有mysql.ini文件，需要新建my.ini文件，并新增
