spring boot bug(3)---访问静态资源问题

“spring.mvc.static-path-pattern”用于阐述HTTP请求地址，而“spring.resources.static-locations”则用于描述静态资源的存放位置。

使用velocity框架，访问.vm模板的路径设置，解决访问白页问题。

注意最后一句，这句话是各种各样错误原因。
