How you doing?   这种方式在口语非常常见，但是语法是错误的，因为没有be动词

I am doing great/ok.  我过得挺棒的。(一般都这么回答,没必要说实话)

I am doing awesome. 我过得太棒了

Same old.   和以前一样(熟人之间的回答)

Nothing new.  没什么新鲜事 

I am doing terrible. 过得太糟糕了.

Long time no see 好久不见的口语说法，语法是完全错的，口语忽略。
