解决AndroidStudio项目运行Program type already present异常

异常信息：

问题原因: Program type already present，通常是重复加载了某个包，
我的问题是重复加载了，app/libs目录的android-support-v4.jar依赖包

解决方法：修改 app/build.gradle 文件
将
dependencies {
    implementation 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.4.0'
    implementation fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: ['*.jar'])
}
修改为
dependencies {
    implementation 'com.android.support:support-v4:23.4.0'
    implementation fileTree(dir: 'libs', include: ['*.jar'], exclude: ['android-support-v4.jar'])
}
