sinfo: error: resolve_ctls_from_dns_srv: res_nsearch error: Host name lookup failure

sinfo: error: fetch_config: DNS SRV lookup failed
sinfo: error: _establish_config_source: failed to fetch config
sinfo: fatal: Could not establish a configuration source

解决办法：

The error suggests that squeue is unable to find a configuration file. The order is:
1) Location pointed by SLURM_CONF environemnt variable
2) Deault location defined during build time
3) /run/slurm/conf/slurm.conf that may be a place where slurmd stores the file when it was downloaded from controller.
4) _slurmctld._tcp SRV DNS record.
