309. 最佳买卖股票时机含冷冻期

本题一共有四个状态：
1、今天买入
2、今天不买不卖（保持卖出状态）
3、今天卖出
4、今天冷冻期（前一天卖出）

        dp[0][0]=-prices[0];
        for(int i=1;i<prices.length;i++){
            for(int j=0;j<4;j++){

                dp[i][1]=Math.max(dp[i-1][1],dp[i-1][3]);
                dp[i][2]=dp[i-1][0]+prices[i];
                dp[i][3]=dp[i-1][2];

2、今天卖出
这个和最初的买卖股票区别知识多了一个手续费
