突然arcims地某个服务不能启动了，在message console中看到ERROR message="[ERR0125] Error when trying to administer Service这个错误，也没有别的信息了，感觉这个信息作用不是很大，在esri bbs中看到以下一句话，改了下author的连接ok了，如果以后还有此错误，再补充吧，呵呵
