M：model 模型

V：vision 视图，JSP、HTML用来展示数据给用户

C：controller 控制，把不同的数据显示在不同的视图上

导入SpringMVC需要的包

下载地址：https://repo.spring.io/release/org/springframework/spring/

注意：看好版本，我下载的是4.3.0的。

配置：将jar包存储在WebContent - WEB-INF - lib路径下，右击项目名刷新。

添加Web.xml配置文件中关于SpringMVC的配置

在src下添加springmvc-servlet.xml配置文件

注意验证这些网址是不是真的能打开，如http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc-4.3.xsd这一版本是不是真的存在，或使用其他版本。

在WEB-INF文件夹下创建名为jsp的文件夹，创建一个hello.jsp

<head>
<meta charset="ISO-8859-1">

建立包和controller

在src下建立包test.SpringMVC，在包里新建mvcController.java，编写代码

package test.SpringMVC;
import org.springframework.stereotype.Controller;
import org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.RequestMapping;

@Controller
@RequestMapping("/mvc")
public class mvcController {
    @RequestMapping("/hello")
    public String hello(){        
        return "hello";
    }
}

启动服务器验证
