cinder报错：Converted to raw, but format is now qcow2

前几天收到用户共享给我的镜像，我上传glance后，发现无法用镜像创建volume，查看cinder日志，发现如下报错：

看起来是镜像格式问题，得知用户有转换过镜像格式，于是我要了原始镜像，查看原始镜像信息：

[root@cloud images]# qemu-img info vul-test.img 
image: vul-test.img
file format: qcow2
virtual size: 20G (21474836480 bytes)
disk size: 20G
cluster_size: 65536
Format specific information:
    compat: 1.1
    lazy refcounts: true

发现镜像已经是qcow2格式了，无需再转一遍qcow2格式了，直接上传该镜像，就不会报错了。
