如何自定义RCP界面

看看workplace和新版的notes, 都是使用RCP的, 但界面已经变成非常华丽的了.... 看着都流口水, 啥时候可以开放啊.... HOHO

需求：Eclipse的RCP框架下，替换默认的UI风格，替换成其他的如Microsoft Office 2007或者自定义风格,不知有开源的UI库没？比如Lotus Notes，如上，

Nebula PShelf-based Presentation

The PShelf-based Presentation is an Eclipse presentation based on the Nebula PShelf widget. Views are displayed using a PShelf and editors are displayed using a CTabFolder. This presentation was designed with RCP applications in mind and does not replicate all the ality available within the standard Eclipse presentations.

NOTE: The PShelf-based Presentation is still under active development. The code is made available in an ALPHA state. Users should expect changes in future versions.

对View 和editor都经行了自定义，加上SWT Win32 Extension. 对MenuBar和toolbar就应该能满足我们的需求！让他们再开发一阵再看看，呵呵，我很懒的！
