打不开的原因！

具体原因未知，解决办法有

方法一：用 http://www.proxyie.cn/ 代理上，只要选对某家代理就可以。无法获得网页实际地址。 

方法二：用浏览器的代理功能（可获得实际网页地址），关键在于选对代理地址，建议选择国外，可到这里寻找（ http://www.proxycn.com ） 。或用亚伟代理（http://www.yproxy.com.cn/ ），可以快速找到可用代理。

也可以用SOCKS4或SOCKS5代理软件+浏览器，来浏览网页。建议用SocksCap32，可到这里下载http://www.proxycn.com/html_proxy/viewthread-16.html ，SOCKS服务器建议选择国外。

下面为MyEclipse 7.5版本，可用迅雷等下载工具直接下载，个别下载地址需将下载工具添加代理后才能下载。

 

1- MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench 7.5 for Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista (06/17/2009)

To use: be sure Eclipse 3.4.2 "Classic" is installed. Download the MyEclipse archived update then go to Help > Software Updates > Available Software > Add Site > Archive... > Select the archived update site you downloaded > OK. Select features "MyEclipse Enterprise Workbench" and any additional ones you descire like "Matisse4MyEclipse" and then click "Install..." following the install wizard to completion.
