StringUtils.isBlank和StringUtils.isEmpty的异同

两者比较可以看出，它们唯一的差别在对于于" " 用isEmpty(cs)是false，用isBlank(cs)则是true，所以就是对于
“空”字符串（只有空格的字符串）的判断上。
