Oracle (Siebel) On Demand Basic Knowledge
上班的时候,稀里糊涂的分到CRM部门,用的是Oracle(Siebel) On Demand,网上搜索了一下,没有专门的知识介绍,在这里简单总结一下Basic Knowledge.仅供大家参考。

4. Access Level 1: Role Definition Access Profile
a) Access Profile
i. Owner AP Default AP Team AP(Read Full Edit)
ii. We can set AP grant to Book/Team
iii. According different Object set access level: Read-OnlyRead/EditRead/Edit/Delete
iv. Set Related Item access Level: No AccessFullRead/CreateRead/Create/EditRead-OnlyRead/EditRead/Edit/DeleteViewInherit Primary
b) Role Definition
i. Record Type Access (Object) :Can Create Has Access Can Read All
ii. Access Profile: Default Owner
iii. Privilege: Set future/Patch

5. Access Level 2: Team Book
a) Team: According One Record set different user as a team member and set those members AP. Follow the AP right not team member Role.
b) Book: Set up Book Architecture and add the users, According One Record set book.
6. Business Level: Workflow Process Admin
a) Workflow
i. Trigger Event
ii. Record Type
iii. Rule Condition
iv. Action: Update Value Sent Email etc…
v. Cancel Save
vi. Error Message
vii. Order
b) Process Admin
i. Primary Field

1. Can set Field as Read-Only
2. Can set Relate Item Disable Create/Add/Remove/Update
7. Report & Dashboard (Analytic Report Team)
a) Report:
i. According Different object Data analytic, set export Report.
ii. When configure the Report, we can connect two modules by reference. But I think there may be one limitation. As When A join B by field A1, if B don’t contain A1/A1=null, then there will be no result.
iii. Allow user to input the property, such as start date, value, etc….
iv. Set this report as public/private.
b) Dashboard:
Allow user to see the report and there are also some pre-define report.
8. Web Service (WS Team)
a) There is interface of CRM System. We can use web service update the data which is in CRM System.
