Idea编译springboot奇怪的问题

Plugin [id: 'org.springframework.boot', version: '2.1.6.RELEASE'] was not found in any of the following sources:
- Gradle Core Plugins (plugin is not in 'org.gradle' namespace)
- Plugin Repositories (could not resolve plugin artifact 'org.springframework.boot:org.springframework.boot.gradle.plugin:2.1.6.RELEASE')

这个问题很奇怪，看不出问题。
后面通过:

# 注意这里增加了-d参数，可以打印更加详细的信息
gradle -d build

从错误消息中，我终于看到了希望……竟然是访问了代理，我曾经配置过代理，现在就算再idea着配置中不使用代理，也不能起作用。

经过参考gradle配置代理的资料，发现，我在~/.gradle/gradle.properties文件中发现了如下配置：

# Tue May 22 23:27:31 CST 2018
systemProp.https.proxyPort=49351
systemProp.http.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.https.proxyHost=127.0.0.1
systemProp.http.proxyPort=49351

原来gradle无法获取资料的原因在这里！
注释掉，还是不行！哦，gradle是通过代理，马上吧gradle的daemon进程逐一杀掉，在开始编译，终于开始下载了，发现原来出问题的idea也开始正常工作了。
