SUBSTRING()

SUBSTRING(value, offset, length) → substring

返回子字符串的值。

• value (string): a string
• offset (number): start at offset, offsets start at position 0
• length (number, optional): at most length characters,（长度最长是子字符串的值） omit to get the substring from offset to the end of the string
• returns substring (string): a substring of value
