<load-on-strartup>标签的作用

Servlet specification:
       The load-on-startup elementindicates that this servlet should be loaded (instantiatedand have its init() called) on the startup of the web application. Theoptional contents of these element must be an integer indicating the order inwhich the servlet should be loaded. If the value is a negative integer, or theelement is not present, the container is free to load the servlet whenever itchooses.   If the value is a positiveinteger or 0, the container must load and initialize the servlet as theapplication is deployed. The container must guarantee that servlets marked withlower integers are loaded before servlets marked with higher integers. Thecontainer may choose the order of loading of servlets with the sameload-on-start-up value.

如果<Servlet>标签中为设置<load-on-startup>则这个Servlet将在被用户访问时才被加载。
