改变ScrollView滚动条的样式

第一步

定义样式的drawable

<shape xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:shape="rectangle">

第二步

通过ScrollView的scrollbarThumbVertical属性使用上面的drawable即可
